Training

Throughout (and optionally after) the project, the customer gets trained in his optimized environment in order to have the necessary knowledge to maintain it. This training can be done “on-the-job” or by an instructor using a standardized or a custom-made course. Raido’s “soft skills” ensure a qualitative project preparation, implementation and aftercare. After all, what is the value of an investment in (new) technology if it cannot be used to its full potential? Many new technologies are deployed in a standard manner resulting in not being able to enjoy all their benefits of this new technology. Making (and keeping) the customer 'owner of his own project' is therefore crucial to the success of the outcome of the project. This process is important throughout the entire project, which results in our on-site interventions often being done part-time.
